What types of event can Sky Garden Resort accommodate?
Corporate conferences, seminars, product launches, incentive programmes, weddings, social gatherings and exhibitions. Our venues can accommodate group of all sizes ranging to 500 plus.
What is the maximum capacity for events?
Our largest venue, the Pine Hall, seats up to 500 guests theatre-style — the largest hotel event space in Dhulikhel. The Maple Hall is the smallest, at up to 50.
Can we take the whole resort for our event?
Yes. The property is sold for exclusive use — every guest room and every venue, with no other guests and no other event on site. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you provide audio-visual equipment?
Yes. HD projection, professional sound, wireless microphones and Wi-Fi are available. We also support hybrid and virtual events with dedicated streaming. Equipment use and hire may be subject to additional charges.
How do we reach the resort from Kathmandu and what parking is available?
It is 30 km, about 1 hour on the BP Highway. Coaches of up to 45 seats reach the entrance and there are 80 car spaces on site.
What catering options are available?
Fully bespoke — working lunches and coffee breaks through to multi-course gala dinners, tailored to dietary requirements, cultural preferences and themed events.
How far in advance should we book?
3 to 6 months for large events and weddings; 4 to 6 weeks is usually enough for smaller meetings and corporate retreats.
